I'm Md. Waliul Islam Mondal. I am a freelance programmer.

I completed B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) in 2005. Previously, I passed HSC from Dhaka College, Dhaka in 1999 and SSC from Pirgonj Govt. High School, Pirgonj, Rangpur in 1997.

Currently, I am also working with G5Tech, Dhaka as Project Manager on VPN (Virtual Private Network) solution and Mobile Dialer project for Symbian Platform.

Also, I am working with DesignSoft, Hungary as freelance programmer since 2003. For them, I am working on microcontrollers. I have developed macro-assembler and simulator for microcontrollers of PIC (Microchip), AVR (Atmel), 8051 and ARM series. There are nearly 600 micro-controllers in PIC, AVR, 8051 and ARM series which can be simulated by the simulator. Also, the simulator can simulate peripherals like SPI, USART, UART, CAN, ECAN, TIMERS, EXTERNAL INTERRUPT, TWI, ADC, COMPARATOR and so on. Here are some screen-shots : sample1, sample2, sample3.

I have also worked with Airscanner, USA as freelance programmer for about two years. For Airscanner, I worked on Encryption and desktop toolbar for PDA.

I also worked for Afrigis, South Africa on Moving Map, Email Client, Chat Client and Navigation (GPS) for Mobile handset.

I did my undergraduate thesis on Simulation and Animation of Communication Protocols under Shamsul Alam Sir ( Head of Department of CSE in 2005 ). In my thesis, I simulated several communication protocols ( Go Back N and Selective Repeat for Data Link Layer, Link State Routing and Distant Vector Routing for Network Layer ) with attractive User Interface. You can visually create many nodes ( Router ) with different capacity. Link them using different bandwidth, error rate, round-trip delay. Then you can select protocols for Data Link Layer and Network Layer. Now you can simulate the network to see the output. You can see the status of each node, link during simulation.
